VERONICA ESTRELLA

Veronica (Veron) T. Estrella, SHRM-SCP, is an HR and OD consultant with over 25 years of professional experience driving people strategy and organizational change across financial services, BPO, technology, and professional services. She works with HR and business leaders to design and deliver initiatives that move beyond HR administration into measurable organizational impact—guided by a career philosophy she calls "Build, Transform, Integrate."

Her core areas of expertise include human resource management advisory, design and operations, organizational development and change management, organizational design, leadership development, coaching, and HR transformation. She brings deep command of the Philippine labor and cultural landscape, along with the interpersonal dynamics that shape how organizations actually function in the region, giving her guidance real traction with both HR teams and business leadership.

Veron holds bachelor's degrees in Psychology and Nursing from the University of Santo Tomas and an MBA from the Ateneo Graduate School of Business and is a candidate for a Doctor of Management-major in Human Resource Management (DM-HRM) at the Ateneo de Davao University. She is a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), Certified Culture Coach (Maslow Research Center), and Certified Gallup Strengths Coach. Her professional affiliations include SHRM Subject Matter Expert, Research Committee Chair at PMAP, and associate member of the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD). She also serves as part-time faculty at De La Salle–College of Saint Benilde, teaching graduate and undergraduate HR courses.
