Sonny specializes in leadership, management and supervisory development, strategic planning, project management, and communications training. He has delivered impactful seminars and workshops, either independently or in collaboration with esteemed organizations, equipping professionals with skills to thrive in dynamic environments.

As a management consultant, Sonny guides businesses and non-profit organizations in crafting clear strategies and ensuring effective implementation. His expertise extends to business process improvement, helping organizations optimize productivity and achieve operational excellence.

In academia, Sonny is the executive director of the School of Management of Asia Pacific College. His broad teaching background includes roles at several prestigious higher education institutions in the Philippines, China, and Thailand.

Sonny’s expertise is deeply rooted in over 30 years of corporate experience spanning mining, banking, agriculture, and real estate. Additionally, he has over a decade of entrepreneurial experience in diverse industries, including agriculture, events, fashion, food services, healthcare, and basic education.

Sonny holds a Master's in Business Management degree from the Asian Institute of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management Engineering degree from De La Salle University.
