Refund and Cancellation Policy

ORGMASTR aims to provide a clear and fair booking process for all participants attending our masterclasses and learning programmes. Please review the following terms before completing your registration.

1. Payment and Booking Confirmation

Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm a participant’s place in an open-enrolment masterclass. A booking is considered confirmed once payment has been received.

2. Participant Cancellations and Refunds

Participants may cancel their booking by providing written notice to ORGMASTR.

• Cancellation at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time: Participants are entitled to a full refund of the amount paid.

• Cancellation less than 48 hours before the scheduled start time: A ₱1,000 cancellation fee will be deducted from the amount paid, and the remaining balance will be refunded.

Cancellation requests must be sent to hello@orgmastr.com. The time the written notice is received will determine whether the 48-hour cancellation period has been met.

3. Cancellation or Rescheduling by ORGMASTR

ORGMASTR reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a masterclass where necessary, including when the minimum enrollment requirement of 15 paid participants has not been met.

In such cases, registered participants may choose to transfer their booking to an alternative scheduled session or receive a full refund of the amount paid.

If ORGMASTR cancels a session and cannot provide the agreed service, participants will be offered an appropriate remedy, including a full refund where applicable.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where practicable. Processing times may depend on the payment provider or financial institution.

Any applicable refund will be calculated in accordance with this policy and applicable law.

5. In-House and Bespoke Programmes

For in-house training, bespoke programmes, and engagements arranged directly with an organisation, cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms may be governed by the separate written agreement or proposal accepted by the client.

6. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
