Ma. Lope "Ebbie" Mabatid, ACC is a former Group Chief Financial Officer with more than 35 years of leadership experience in finance and enterprise functions. During more than 17 years as Group CFO and 11 years in senior finance leadership, she led Finance, Legal, Information Technology, Procurement, and Business Process Excellence across regional operations in seven countries, helping organizations strengthen governance, improve execution, and navigate transformation.

Today, as an Executive Coach and Associate Partner with ORGMASTR, Ebbie partners with senior leaders and organizations to strengthen leadership capability, align strategy with execution, and improve organizational performance.
